Bad Product and Not Compatible with Outlook,
Cardscan was a good company making a good product until they merged with Dymo. I purchased this version because the first version I bought was clearly outdated and whose instructions were in chinese and broken english making a near useless product fully useless. It is very difficult to tell which Dymo products are the most recent. Without Amazon’s information there would be none.
For this product, Dymo’s description says it this compatible with Outlook, but fails to mention that they mean Outlook 2007. Given that this product came online at the end of 2011 and it is now 2012, this is important information that should be published prior to purchasing this product. I do not know where Dymo operates from, but they certainly don’t have the US as their focus. And finally, good luck getting any customer service from Dymo.
For what it is worth, the seller shipped this product quickly and it arrived it great shape. I don’t blame the seller for Dymo’s ineptitude.
